New Soundgarden album due November 13

Blabbermouth.net reportsAccording to Rolling Stone, reunited grunge legends SOUNDGARDEN have set a November 13 release date for their as-yet-untitled new album. “It re-establishes that we still rock, we’re still heavy, and we’re still a little weird,” SOUNDGARDEN guitarist Kim Thayil tells the magazine. The CD will feature tracks like “Blood On The Valley Floor” and “A Thousand Days Before”, the latter of which “has a little Indian thing and some chicken-pickin’,” Thayil says. “We call it ‘country and eastern.’”
