I’m not nearly as fashionable or as crafty as my fellow Rookie staffers. I’m the wordy one, but lately I’ve been inspired by them and by our readers to try new, fun, daring things. I had a bunch of Hole concert t-shirts because I’m kind of obsessed, but I bought them in L & XL because I was kind of insecure about my body. Now that I’ve worked through those issues, I want to make my over-sized t-shirts into things I’ll actually wear, so I made this sundress out of 3 shirts based on instructions from a book called Generation T! It still needs some adjustment to fit me just right (and warmer weather to wear), but I’m proud!
